I applied online via their website. Was contacted about a week later for an interview. I interviewed with two females (ended up being my two bosses). The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy questions and very laid-back style...unlike many of the other job interviews at Dow that I have had.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a tour, and four twenty-minute interviews with different individuals with whom I would be working with if I was hired. They were very kind and the style was more of a conversation than an interrogation.
