Very standard not too technical. The questions were based on scenarios and how you interacted amongst difficult situations. Basically, it felt as though they were just trying to ensure interviewees were not hard to work with.

Attended Dow Hiring Expo- internal career fair for their graduating seniors that have either completed one term (summer internship) or 3 alternating term co-ops. This is a great opportunity to meet with different hiring managers from different regions in the USA- learn about the site, roles, and opportunities available at each location.

Apply online, phone screen interview, wait for call back to interview in person. The interview in person was at the plant in front of the operations team. The people were very friendly and welcoming.
