I talked with a campus recruiter and then was invited for an on-site interview. I gave a 45 minute seminar in the morning and then met with ~10 people for 30 minute interviews. I met with other employees for dinner the night before my interview and also for lunch during the interview.

Interview was ok. Gave 45 min presentation with approx 10 attendees and had personal interviews with approx 5 people. Don't remember much else unfortunately as this was a while ago.

Long but very useful. Met several stakeholders who gave a good overview of the process. At PhD level, you will have to present your work. Got a tour of the facility
