Interviewed first with the VP of Services and then the HR Director. Both were very informed about the position and what they were looking for. They asked relevant questions and allowed me to ask questions about the position and company benefits.

It was very disorganized and interviewers did not have time to meet. Sat waiting for 45 minutes to find out they couldn’t meet. No real job description provided. Could not provide direction on where the company was headed.

Interview las test far too long almost 3 hours . They stand guard at door so you do not leave during the process. The process was very rehearsed you could tell that hiring and firing people is very mundane activity at DOSTER .
