Dorset HealthCare interview questions

First interview is a formal sit down but does require you to do a mock assessment listening to a recording and following along on an excel sheet. You listen to 2 or 3 recordings then fill out the sheet as you go along, this is done in a controlled environment. Afterwards the meeting when I had the interview was with two duty managers. But I know they are trying to introduce having someone who's already in the position as a health advisor, as well as one manager.

Really smooth and relevant to the role. The panel took me through what the role would entail and ask some questions that to try to get to know me better.
