I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dorman Products (Shepherdsville, KY) in May 2025
Interview
Unorganized and the person interviewing me i felt sorry for because he was put into doing it at the last minute and it felt rushed and the company did him wrong by not preparing him to interview me properly
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dorman Products (Colmar, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
Had 7 Teams Video Interviews, all went fantastic. Then had 3 onsite interviews, all went just as well. I like, like others I've spoken to on this position, went through this extensive process and basically ghosted at the end. I still see the position open, which is about 6 months from now. The recruiter said to me personally, I'm not sure why this position has been so hard to fill. I'm not sure they are trying to actually fill it. I've seen the job reposted on Linkedin at least 3 different times, and 100+ applicants. Be very careful with this company. A position being open for this long, hundreds and hundreds of applicants, many went through the 10 interviews I did, and still no hire. Major red flag. Buyer Beware!

Question 1
Asked extensively about SAP Hana, as the JD states. Honestly, the JD matched the questions asked, which is even more strange that it took 10 interviews to never really hear a thing??
