Interview is a working interview that spans the course of a single production run. Interviewees are given a full tour of the facility and introduced to the entire (amicable and welcoming) staff in all departments. Music is played throughout the warehouse and the work is evenly distributed. Breaks are encouraged and cold water is provided. Just show a decent work ethic and a willingness to independently handle tasks and you'll be hired. Hi Pat!
