Extremely lengthy. Recruiter screening, hiring manager, a number of take home assessments then a panel. Overall everyone was very respectful, but the process was unnecessarily time consuming. Got competing offers but so turned this one down.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash (Washington, DC) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interviews were very straightforward. I met with a recruiter to talk over my experience. Then, I met with a hiring manager to learn more about the position. The next steps would have been to meet with leadership and also do a case study panel presentation.
Everyone was nice and professional. I had to check up on my application to find out I was rejected, but it had only been 7 days.
