Horrible experience here. Got a call from the recruiter 15 minutes after the scheduled interview time, after I emailed her asking to reschedule.
From the get-go this left me unprepared as my phone rang when I was no longer expecting it. She breezed through it, talking extremely quick and essentially told me I wasn't a good fit as they wanted someone with more Sales Ops experience. She mentioned there may be a few other roles that I WOULD be a good fit for, which sounded promising, and that she'd push to get me an Excel assignment. A few days later I got the denial email and that was it.
Very unprofessional. Recruiting department at DoorDash needs work as I feel I wasn't given an equal opportunity for the role.
