Very prolonged interview process ending with an interview with company representative did not seem super knowledgeable about warehousing. Interviewer seemed to want answers to questions in line with move fast and break things tech start up mentality rather than building out robust warehouse processes

4 series interviews, 1 phone, 3 video calls. Meeting first with the HR department for screening followed up by interviews with various District managers and the final interview is with the specific location's warehouse director.
