The interview process started off well, with four virtual interviews and a project submission to demonstrate Excel, presentation skills, and thought processes. The structure seemed thorough and fair, and I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my abilities.
However, the experience fell apart during the final stages. I was invited to an on-site interview in Chicago but later told that the invite location was incorrect. The recruiter assured me they would send the correct details, but I never received them. Despite following up with multiple people multiple times, I never received a response. The communication had just stopped, leaving me unclear on the next steps or closure.
The lack of professionalism and responsiveness was disappointing, especially after investing significant time and effort in the process.
