Extremely thorough interview process with recruiter, manager, director and panel interview. They gauged technical acumen for the role, soft skills, and identifying company cultural fit. Overall the process was long and felt excessive but after successfully completing the process, receiving a fair market offer and working with the organization I understood why they went to such lengths to curate a very talented and cohesive team.
