Interview
I had applied online in 2013, got a call a few days later for an interview. Essentially had a casual chat with someone from HR and she didnt ask me any questions like "describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer", maybe because it was my first job but overall it was a really easy interview. I got an offer sent via email a few days later.

The interview process was just a simple 5 minute facetime with the boss to ensure you were available to work the days needed. Very simple and quick interview process. .
