Unfortunately, my candidate experience was negatively impacted by a prolonged lack of communication from the recruiter. After interviews concluded, I was repeatedly ghosted with no follow-up or closure, despite multiple attempts to reconnect. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration and reflected a lack of professionalism.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that similar concerns about her communication have already been raised in other Glassdoor reviews. If I were the company, I would strongly recommend reviewing this feedback and addressing the issue, as it undermines the candidate experience and does not reflect well on the organization.

I was reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn for a role I was very excited about. I took a lot of time to prepare for the interview. It went great and I was told I would be moving onto the third round. I reached out to the recruiter who contacted me 4 times, twice she replied and claimed she would call by noon. I never received any communication again from Jen. I understand if things changed, however it was extremely upsetting to get the run around without any communication. I set up a day to work from home and spent hours researching the company. Recruiters need to do better, a simple text or email would have been sufficient. I am writing this review to hold the company accountable for following up. This is people's livelihood and no one seems to care. Do better.
