I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Domo (American Fork, UT) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had several 30 minute interviews with managers and the director of consulting. Most were 1:1, but some were 2:1. Also met with the Chief Analytics Officer under whom consulting rolls up. He is an intense guy, but the interview was mostly casual for me. Overall, I didn't think that anyone was trying stump me, just trying to assess whether or not I had the chops to do the job well. Everyone seems to love working at Domo and it made me want the job that much more.

Question 1
If I were the CMO of Nike and you were my Domo consultant, what would be the five most important metrics you would say I should know?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Domo (American Fork, UT) in Apr 2019
Interview
Because I am a remote employee (full disclosure: I accepted the role), Domo flew me into their head office for a full day of interviews. I met virtually with a Sr. Principal Consultant first, followed by a joint in-person interview with 2 consulting managers, followed by another joint in-person interview with 2 other consulting managers (each consulting manager owns an industry vertical of clients). Last interview was with the VP of Consulting.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Domo (American Fork, UT) in Mar 2017
Interview
I interviewed with two managers. They said they would have the recruiter schedule an on site interview but that didn't happen. I could tell that the interviewers were looking for very specific "Domo way of thinking" answers to their questions versus bringing someone in with a fresh or different perspective. Considering the extremely high turnover rate in their group, even more have quit since I interviewed, I don't see this as a loss that I wasn't called back.
