Interview
It was a pretty simple and easy interview. I got the job less than a week after applying but there was also an issue with the email, it came in at 1 A.M. so I didn't see it until almost a week later so I had to call around to reschedule the orientation I missed. The environment was pretty friendly and laid back, the GM was really relaxed and nice about things and honest and considerate. I got told about how much I'd be getting paid, about my scheduling and how much time I could get off. In general, it was a pretty good experience for a first job.
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
