I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Domino's (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Interviewer: "So, can you handle pressure? Like, delivering pizzas during the big game with a GPS that thinks you’re a boat?"
Applicant: "I once parallel parked a scooter during a hailstorm. With a pizza in hand."
Interviewer: "You’re hired. Welcome to Domino's Navy!"
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle delivering pizzas to customers who claim they didn’t order extra cheese, but you know... deep down, they definitely did?
Easy and straightforward. They didn't ask me much, just wanted to make sure that I was a reliable person and driver. Manager was kind and accommodating. Would recommend others to try and interview here.
walked in and dropped off a resume, got a call back later that week went in again and started working that night. not hard. pretty straightforward if you're not smooth-brained
Relaxed atmosphere interview with only a few questions about my past experience, motivation, and goals. The whole procedure lasted approximately around 15 minutes. The manager seemed nice. Often experience with delivery is not required.
