Interview
Had a brief 5-10 minute interview on the phone, then had an informal interview in the store. Easy interview, they're just testing your interpersonal skills. After this process, you are sent to a 1-day training session. Easy interview and training, it's just to get you up-to-speed on the company policy's.

Interview was fairly easy. This is a job that will take people with little to no experience so the interview is to make sure you are ok with the many tasks that working at a busy pizza place requires and whether you will fit in with the culture.
