Very casual, originally went in for delivery driver, a list positions that were current available for hired was said, I expressed interest in delivery driver but also wanted was open to having the conversation about Assistant Manager and I came back in the next day and he explained what the role consisted gave me the opportunity to ask questions, told me where to apply, and said if I can pass the screening process I had the job.

Talked with the manager for 30 minutes about the job and the hours and duties of the job and how busy the days get. How coworkers deal with covering shifts and PtO
not organized , not actual communication process and no idea what the position was. Be aware this is not a great start for any company , the team needs to have people that handle this, not the person making pizza.
Pretty easy, make sure to write down notes and your own questions for manager prior. Also make sure to know dominos values. Dress business casual. They do not hire people with felonies.
