I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Domino's (New York, NY) in Mar 2011
Interview
Manager calls you in, tells you to go take orientation class where you sit and the supervisor of the store talks about Domino's and opportunities there after that your ready for work.
Very straightforward interview that was informative and professional. They had me come in and gave me a tour of the shop, and introduced me to each of the employees. I then sat down with the general manager for the formal interview.
The interview process at Domino's typically involves a few key steps:
1. **Application:** Submit an online application or visit a local store to express interest.
2. **Initial Screening:** A brief phone interview may be conducted to discuss your availability and interest in the position.
3. **In-Person Interview:** If selected, you'll have an in-person interview with a manager, where they’ll ask about your work experience, customer service skills, and availability.
4. **Job Offer:** Successful candidates may receive a job offer immediately or within a few days, often along with details about training.
Overall, the process is generally straightforward and focused on assessing your fit for the team.
Very quick and easy and I would totally recommend them to anyone wanting quick work as the interview process is very quick and easy. So all good on that front.
