I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Santa Fe, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
After applying online, a few days later I called to ask if the manager had received my application. She confirmed she had and asked when I would be available to come in for an interview. The interview was at the local Domino's I had applied at, in the back office. The Manager asked me several questions about myself, as well as my life, as well as things that might get in the way of me working. After the "questioning" part of the interview, she then went into going over the rules and regulations of working at Domino's (the uniform, how much I'd be paid, I was under 18 at the time - so I wouldn't be allowed to operate the oven, etc). After all that, she sent me on my way and told me I'd be hearing from her in a few days on whether I got the job or not. A few days later she did call and told me I got it! She asked me to come in to pick up some paperwork, where she then gave me the address of another Domino's where I'd go to have a training the next day. The training was easy-pezy and very basic, that's where you receive your uniform. The following Monday was my first day of work!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What's an example of a problem you had in your life, that you had to overcome and how?
they basically just asked what my availability was and standard questions, i was hired on the spot and was asked to fill out online paperwork before starting. the process was definitely laid back.
Manager asked general questions about how to handle customers. Also asked how I work in general. You also get asked to memorize how to make the specialty pizzas. I got hired on the spot because of their need for more customer service reps
