I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Dominion Energy in Apr 2011
Interview
Interviewed with a recruiter at a career fair. Typical STAR questions. Later interviewed with HR, where more logistical questions were asked. Finished with a final phone interview with the supervisor, who asked detailed questions about my education background. It was a long process...the longest I've dealt with when interviewing.
