Dome Cafe interview questions

The manager was late to my interview by and hour and 45mins. I had 2 staff members bring me a drink as an apology and let me know this is a common occurrence. The interview went terrible as they seemingly had not looked at my resume and asked what position I was applying for (Barista). They then informed me that they already had one and I would have to start by serving tables and work my way up the chain. I left without saying much.
