Pretty laid back. The interviewer took me to a back room and asked me general questions. Seemed at the time as though Wordpress use was high on his list. Questions I remember - my process for responsive development, which Wordpress plugins do I like.
Main negative is that, although I was going to decline based on not wanting to continue using wordpress, he actually declined me first based on his misunderstanding of an answer to a question. I said that I think the lines between responsive and adaptive sometimes get blurred. He told my recruiter that I didn't know the difference. He didn't ask for clarity, just assumed the wrong thing. I'd look elsewhere, unless you are ok with a boss that doesn't listen well.
