Dolls Kill interview questions

Marketing Lead contacted me via LindkeIn, after a brief call, she connected me to the CFO to have a conversation. CFO asked typical questions about experience, what I bring them, couple of questions about TikTok Shop. The conversation was good, after that I sent them my overview, intake, proposal. I followed up twice, no answer. Just ghosting. It speaks by itself about the attitude towards prospecting candidates who invested time and efforts. Good luck, guys!

It was very rushed and unprofessional. The interview also ended with the interviewer telling me he would follow up with next steps, which made me believe I had passed the interview. But from then on I was ghosted. None of my attempts to reach him or the team were responded to.
