I didn't have one unlike previous jobs I tried to get,the first manager of the store basically only had me come in to discuss when I could work and what I'd be doing.
The interview process was fairly simple. The manager only asked a few basic questions mostly just about availability to work. I left the interview knowing that I probably had the job.
Easy, it was a brief introduction to the assistant manager followed by a few questions and a showing of the building. Overall a fast and quick process. It took about two weeks to be hired on.

Like a regular interview. I was asked about my experience and my reliability. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. It was just the store manager who interviewed me, very nice.
