Interview
Very basic interview. For the management interview the District Manager will call and set up at the store nearest, then the rest is a basic sit down q & a. They will ask more about shrink than sales. A few questions on visual merchandising (they use plan-o-grams). They are pretty much looking for people who can follow instruction, and work on many things at once. They will require a SM to work 45-60 hrs/ week.
