Interview
The manager asked a few questions. She stated that she did not really go by the guidelines that were set out. Looks at your attitude not what is on paper.
The interview process was fairly simple. The manager only asked a few basic questions mostly just about availability to work. I left the interview knowing that I probably had the job.
Easy, it was a brief introduction to the assistant manager followed by a few questions and a showing of the building. Overall a fast and quick process. It took about two weeks to be hired on.

Like a regular interview. I was asked about my experience and my reliability. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. It was just the store manager who interviewed me, very nice.
