Was offered an initial interview with a recruiter, provided my availability. Did not hear back for over 2 weeks at which point I was told the position had already been filled. This has been the worst pre-interview experience.

Didn't make it past the technical assessment, one thing I found challenging is the interviewers didn't give me time and space to process my thoughts.
Other than that the process is pretty standard, questions are pretty standard for the role.
