They did three rounds of interviews before they made an offer. Each round went longer, with the final round going for about three hours. I seriously thought I'd lose the job I had during that last marathon interview.
The offer was less than my current firm was paying me, and the health insurance costs were also higher. When I sought clarification of the insurance costs, the office manager was surly and dismissive -- not a good sign considering the power office managers wield in small firms.
