DogAcademy interview questions

When you first apply they ask questions on the application like, “how would you teach a dog sit” or “how would you handle a difficult client”. Then once you schedule the phone interview, they never ask for demonstrations or client reviews and they don’t ask ANY questions about dog training at all! The lady who interviewed me was very nice but admitted that she has never trained a dog in her life and that hers are so bad they take food off the table.. and she’s supposed to be making sure I qualify as a dog trainer for their company.
