Interviewed to be Sound Editor on a Feature Film. Company is a small subcontractor that mailnly work at home. There is no facility. They 4-wall when they need to record ADR or Foley, and a Dub Stage when they are ready to mix. There are 3 people, and only work when there is a movie. They pay a flat rate of $500/reel. I had to supply a reel of recently edited Sound on a Feature Film. Very family-like environment.
