I had a very bad experience with this company. They initially approached me in September for an interview, but at that time, I declined due to personal reasons. Later, in November, the HR team contacted me again and arranged an online interview. There were three technical rounds, and I had already shared my salary expectations with them, which they agreed to before moving forward with my application.
I attended all the interviews, successfully cleared them, and was informed by HR that I would be receiving an offer. They explicitly told me not to consider other opportunities. They requested all my documents, including my bank statements, which I promptly shared. However, after a week, HR called me back and said they could only offer me a salary that was almost the same as my current CTC.
I requested a salary revision and assured them that I would join immediately if they revised the offer. The HR representative agreed and told me they would send a request for revision and keep me updated. However, after several days, there was no response from their side. I followed up, and they again asked for my bank statement, which I sent once more. Meanwhile, I was receiving other interview calls, but I declined them as I was under the impression that I was in the final stages with this company.
After waiting for 2–3 weeks, I was suddenly informed that the position had been put on hold. I was shocked and felt helpless. When I expressed my disappointment, the HR representative tried to offer me advice on how to handle my emotions. A few days later, they called again and asked me to attend another technical round. Despite my frustration, I agreed because I didn’t have any other options at that time.
During the interview, it was clear that they were prepared not to select me. The interviewer asked confusing and unclear questions, making it evident that they weren’t serious about my candidacy. After the interview, I waited for another week, only to receive an email from HR saying they were moving forward with another candidate.
This entire experience has been extremely disheartening. They didn’t value my efforts or the time I invested in their lengthy process. They also gave me false hope, causing me to lose out on other opportunities.
I strongly advise against attending their interviews. They are misleading, unprofessional, and inconsiderate of candidates’ time and efforts. I am now waiting for other interview calls, hoping for a better experience elsewhere.
