Ghosting is a problem for all and it is pathetic with this company. The professional circle is a small circle. Often the pool of talent knows each other and share experiences. Apparently the hiring manager and recruiter pulled the ghosting act on many in the same team and role.
Warmly accepted the opportunity to learn more about the company after someone reached out. Appreciate the opportunity to speak with an off-site recruiter about the role and the growing trajectory of the company. Then scheduled to speak with the hiring manager following business week. Followed by 3.5 hour on-site interview with interview panel of (2 teammates, 1 stakeholder, 1 hiring manager, 1 hiring manager's manager). Everyone was very nice, (except one was defensive most of the session).
Days after weeks after the interview; silence, with multiple follow-ups and attempts.
