Internal recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and said I would be a good candidate for the role and sent me the link to apply. Initial 15 minute call with a different internal TA. Was promptly followed up within 30 minutes in the call via an automated email that I was not selected to move forward. Why would you reach out via LinkedIn then waste my time with a call. These initial vetting calls need to stop, before even getting to the hiring departement. Salary range via recruiter stated $100,000-$140,000 depending on experience. Significantly different range than they are posting online.
