The first round was with a recruiter that told me what the salary would be, which was super low. Still decided to go along with the interview process anyways for practice at the least and the entire process was VERY disorganized and the interviewers were late/ unprofessional.

Over five rounds - drawn out over six months - timeline for hire changed 4+ times - recruiting made false promises - after six months of interviews, I received a generic email response saying I didn't get the role - never experienced a more disorganized and drawn out process in my career. You'd think a company of this size and stature would have more composure and empathy.

Normalmente as vagas abertas já possuem alguma indicação, eles levam muito isso em consideração, então quando você não é indicação, acontece a primeira conversa com RH, e não se tem mais retorno.

It was an okay experience. The questions were pretty standard. They made it seem like I was a perfect fit for the role but then didnt get it. Pretty vague as to why I didnt get an offer
