I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Houston, TX) in Apr 2020
Interview
Four rounds. 1st two round of phone screening with recruiters followed by 3rd round with senior manager and final round with hiring manager, peer and senior leadership. Recruiters were helpful and prompt in follow ups and helping prepare for the interview. The interviewers were very respectful and shared plenty information on DocuSign culture and what to expect if I join. I accepted the offer and am excited to be part of DocuSign.
Not so bad interview process. All are kind. Provided insight in to role. Able to answer difficult questions. Series of different phases makes for good separate talks. Be ready to understand how an API works
I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Virtual and very good experience overall though they were vague about how many interviews their were a every time I thought I was done they’d schedule two more. Everyone was nice though and it was very conversational.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (New York, NY)
Interview
Seamless and enjoyable interview process. Both the lead recruiter and recruiting coordinator were incredibly accessible and transparent about the process and keeping me updated. Entire process took about 2 weeks with 4 calls and one presentation. Everyone I met with was energetic and took the time to understand my background and answer all questions DocuSign! This by far was the most efficient interview process I’ve been a part of.
