      UI Developer Interview

      26 Mar 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Chicago, IL
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Docusign (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2019

      Interview

Introductory call with the recruiter followed by a phone screen with the engineering manager. After that, I was sent a user interface coding exercise. I was invited onsite (Chicago office) after submitting the coding exercise. The recruiters were nice but the engineers I met (including the manager) were not very enthusiastic. It was hard to judge whether or not they liked my answers during the interview. Received a phone call with the final decision the next day. I was provided feedback but the reasons stated were very trivial.
