I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2018
Interview
My experience with the DocuSign interview process was nothing but positive. The process consists of three interviews: digital, phone, in person.
The digital interview is a bit awkward, given that you're filming yourself talking and answering questions, but it's very straight forward.
The phone interview (took place a few days later) was fairly quick but very informative. I felt I was being interviewed just as much as I was asking questions. The recruiter was incredibly kind and easy to chat with.
The in-person interview (again a few days later) was what I was most nervous for. It is an hour long and consists of two parts, a presentation and then questions. It ended up being extremely enjoyable and I genuinely had a good time meeting with the 3 SDR managers. They are personable and ask questions that matter, rather than questions designed to stump you. In fact, rather than grilling me at the end, one question after another, they asked questions that related to my presentation personally and used that to build off of. Very well done.
My advice is to be yourself, practice your presentation, and talk about things that excite you. That excitement will translate well. By the time I left, I felt I had a good sense about each manager, which was very important to me.
Overall, this was a great experience. DocuSign is thorough but thoughtful. You can really feel their passion for personal development and how much they care about each person coming through. I am excited to be working here.
Completely seamless fast turnaround time respectful interviewers from HR to manager all treat you well. Even provide you with comments for the interview whether good or bad. These comments then help you in the next stage of the interview. Total three rounds. Fast and pain free.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Docusign in Feb 2022
Interview
Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

Interview
The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
