Doccla Staff Platform Engineer interview questions

The interview process began with an online conversation with the Head of Talent. During this stage, concerns were raised about my technical skills and overall fit, which I found unexpected given that my CV closely matched the job description. Following this, I was asked to complete a take‑home test. I submitted the assignment on a Friday afternoon (4:45pm) and received a rejection email the following Monday (3:43pm). I had no feedback on either test or my performance.
