Interview
Interview took a while so if someone is in a hurry, they may not like it but for me it was a good pace (you can also ask to speed things up during every call). Interesting part was getting to know the team you'll be working with.

El proceso de entrevista fue muy ameno. A pesar de ser varias fases, el equipo hizo todo lo posible para que me sintiera cómodo y no estuviera nervioso. Primero tuve una entrevista con Recursos Humanos, luego una con el equipo técnico. Después me enviaron una prueba práctica y más tarde realicé una entrevista técnica para comentarla. Finalmente, tras ser seleccionado, tuve una reunión final con Recursos Humanos y otra conjunta con el equipo técnico y RR. HH. Todo el proceso fue muy cercano y transparente.

Me preguntaron sobre situaciones en las que había cometido errores y cómo los había gestionado, así como ejemplos de ocasiones en las que había propuesto o promovido nuevas funcionalidades o mejoras dentro de la empresa.

Interview
You are contacted by an internal recruiter, who will follow you through the entire hiring process and will be available for any doubt.
Depending on which working position you are being hired for, you may have two or more other interviews with company employees and finally you may get a hiring proposal.
What I can say is that it has been one of the best hiring processes I've ever had.
Everybody treats you as a peer and whenever they see you in trouble, they do their best to make you comfortable.

You can expect a 3-hours "work with us", where you are in a "production-like" software and they ask you what you'll do to enhance it.
