Dixie Chemical interview questions

Met with 2 shift supervisors for 20 minutes. They spoke mainly of the company, materials produced, and hours. Not many technical or personality questions, just a few random background questions.

Called for Interview, and Interviewed with two engineers. Both started by saying this was more of a conversation than an interview and not to be too up serious. They asked a bunch of questions relating to my experience with safety and batch processes. Received e-mail and phone call with offer.
