My interview process was done completely on line. I’ve never physically spoke to anybody on the phone. It was done online on a slack app. I started the interview process and it took eight days was offered the position. Was told equipment will be shipped to me by the US Postal Service, and that I needed to get a business line

I did a phone screen with the recruiter which was normal and then I had an interview with one of the CSM managers there that was standard but they ghosted me after that and never gave me a response. Then after reaching out to the recruiter for an answer multiple times, he messaged me on LinkedIn over a year later asking if I'd be interested in a CSM position.
