Interview
Arrived on time for the interview. Waited about 30 minutes before Chrystal saw me. The interview lasted about 10 minutes, and it was mostly her telling me about the job. They call it "customer service" just to lure people in because what it really is is door-to-door fundraising. I'm very glad that I read the reviews on here before going since I was prepared for everything, even for their invitation to the "second interview," which is a full day of following a canvasser around (they even tell you to bring comfortable shoes). I was also told about how I could grow into a "management" role in a couple of months. If going door to door asking people for donations is not your thing, don't even bother. This is not customer service, this is canvassing.

Interview
They posted an ad on Calgary job shop about customer service. They called me up and ask if I would come for an interview. I show up at 11:15 and the small office is full with people. They finally interview me at 1230. Right off the bat, they start asking if I was interested in sales, and they are hiring people to go door to door fundraising.
