I was then sent access to logon to their hiring portal, which I did Mar 14, 2023 After applying for the above post, I was then randomly sent an email offering a new position Client Principal - New Business Mar 15, 2023 I was sent an invitation to interview for the original position, I had chosen Mar 20, 2023 My first interview (virtually via Google Meet) for the BDM post. On the same day I was sent an Interview Survey. Also on the above date, I sent a thorough email displaying my professional career including my vast experience. This in turn also answered some of the questions, and requests, mentioned to me at the initial interview Mar 21, 2023 I followed up, with the company, as my long prepared email remained unacknowledged Mar 22-23, 2023 As an eventual followup, a few calls were made to and from the company to me Mar 23, 2023 The same contact, at the company, had sent me a random introduction email 'New Logos Hunter - Remote UK' as if we had never spoken! Mar 23, 2023 And another, this time from the company, another random introduction email 'Sales Development Representative' as if the company was new to me Mar 23, 2023 I'd sent numerous emails, to no avail, politely asking if I and the company were going to discuss my application, how my first interview went, and ultimately setting up and securing the second interview Mar 23, 2023 The company did call me, and I sent possible dates and times to meet with their Chief Sales Officer ('CSO'). On the same day, I was informed the CSO was on holiday, until Mar 28, 2023 Mar 28, 2023 I supplied further dates and times to meet with the CSO Mar 30, 2023 Two days later, I had still not heard back from the company Apr 1, 2023 Then again two days later, I was finally replied to where I was told it wouldn't be until the following week where I could meet the CSO! Apparently the CSO was away again. On the same email I was accused of stating I could not do mornings for interviews Apr 4, 2023 I sent an email to the company, stating I never said I could not do mornings, and corrected as so. As Easter was on the horizon, I asked the company for the next availability Apr 5, 2023 I was given extremely short notice at almost close of business, by the company, for the next stage interview to be the following day late morning or afternoon. This was clearly not giving me enough time to prepare, and not considering my continuing busy schedule, for the interview. This was very poor, and unprofessional Apr 5, 2023 I'd stated I was busy, as it was the last business day before Easter, and I had planned to visit family - it would have to be the following week, and politely asked what the availability is Apr 12, 2023 One week later, I still hadn't heard anything back in response from this company, It was I who recontacted them asking 'Can you please provide me with an update?' Apr 13, 2023 I still hadn't heard anything back in response from this company, I recontacted them asking 'Could you or your company, please kindly inform me what is the status of my current application?' Apr 13, 2023 I was sent a random job, by the company, which if they had done their research they'd have 'hopefully' seen this instantly as not a fit, as I do not possess, or wish to, Partner experience - 'Senior Client Partner - Existing Customers' Apr 13, 2023 I was 'also' sent a random job, by the company, 'Business Development Manager - Existing Customers' Apr 13, 2023 It was then I unsubscribed from the company's communications to me, as clearly the company has a scattergun approach Apr 16, 2023 I received an automated message from a main contact in the company, that they will not return until Apr 24, 2023 some eight days later Apr 17, 2023 I was sent dates and times, offering availability, of a second stage interview, by another contact in the team unannounced by the first person, confirming an appointment 'finally' with their CSO Apr 19, 2023 I finally have confirmation for my second interview, NOT with the CSO, with the Head of Talent Acquisition, which would occur Apr 20, 2023 Apr 20, 2023 Second Interview (virtually via Google Meet) with Head of Talent Acquisition for the BDM post Apr 25, 2023 Despite my email, almost a week (five days) since my second interview, I still hadn't heard back from this company Apr 27, 2023 Was over a week since my second interview, with no acknowledgement or decision whatsoever Apr 28, 2023 I sent yet another email, to no avail, which was my last and final message to the company some nineteen days later to the date of this Interview Review and Report of the Company and ultimately nearly a month (Apr 20, 2023) since my second interview The company had failed to give me a decision on whether I was moving ahead, or not, to the third stage. The process has been tiring, cumbersome, time wasting, poor & very unprofessional!
