I was set up for a phone interview followed by zoom interview. Then we scheduled a ride along in the market I was interested in. After The ride along, they made an offer and we discussion salary and benefits. Lastly we agreed on salary and benefits and started credentialing which was quick and painless.

Interview
Fairly straightforward and everyone was very kind. They’re expectation answered all my questions and were upfront about what they were looking for in a provider. Salary was lower than expected is the downside. But well supported and always have an attending to call and discuss patient cases as needed.
