Interview
The interviewers are all very kind and encouraging, even if you're nervous. They ask you basic scenario questions for dealing with customer services issues. They also ask why you want to work there, and what making magic means to you.

What would you do if a guest came up to you and asked for directions to a specific attraction, but you were in the middle of a task.
I applied online and they scheduled an interview. Easy and simple. They just asked me why I’d like to work at Disneyland and to talk about myself.
I got an offer right after.

I applied online through the Disney careers app. Months later, I received an email that I made it to the next round of the interview process. I initially was on the waitlist. It was a quick and easy phone interview (why do you want to work for the company, questions about customer service experience, etc). I passed again and got the job!
very easy to schedule an interview online, interviews are through zoom and about 10 minutes, meet with a hiring officer and they will go over any questions with you and could offer you a job location on the spot
