Interview
If you are any type of military or law enforcement they will not interview you. They will ask you why you want to work at Disney, and will offer you the job on the spot.
It was very straightforward. External you apply online and have casting contact you. Internal you fill in a form with your manager and submit to casting. Then same process as external.
