This experience was very unprofessional. Firstly, the role itself was a bit different from the description in the job listing and included copywriting work, which is a completely separate job. Over the course of a month, I went through several rounds of interviews and did an extensive sample project as well. I was ghosted in the end despite being told I was a top applicant in my interview. Lots of red flags!

Interview
Highly disorganized - took weeks and follow up between interviews. Final round interview was scheduled and I was sent a Teams link, but it was apparently an in-person interview despite never sending an address. After three interviews they disappeared and declined to answer any follow up emails.
It was hard to schedule interviews--it took multiple weeks to schedule and one of them ended up getting cancelled at the last minute. My conversations made it seem like the company wasn't very organized and there wasn't much communication between my two interviewers.
