Recruiter call and then a 1 hr technical interview with a Principle Architect. I got a call from recruiter after that asking if I am ready to take a pay cut! They just wanted to take advantage of the situation that my current company is not doing great! I just hung up saying I am not desperate and won't work for such company!

Interview took with multiple stages. First stage-> Initial interview , know about your work, exp, basic technical question Second stage-> 4 rounds of interviews 1. Technical conversion on white board (MIRO board) test -45 min 2. Competency interview - 45 min 3. Behaviour interview -45 min 4. Behaviour interview -45 min
